Ifield Edwards F.C.

Ifield Edwards FC Crest Playing in Division Three of the Sussex County League, it is believed (although not certain) that Ifield Edwards FC was formed in 1956, as Sun FC.

The club crest is a very bold one in its design and certainly catches the eye. It was created, and first used by the club, in 1982 following a competition within the club itself.

The club colours are heavily used with the initials of the club name (at the time) shown in black on a red field. A white football completes the crest, indicating the sport played by the club.

Ifield Football Club merged with Edwards Sports Football Club to become known as Ifield Edwards FC from the 2003/04 season onwards.

Thanks to Rob Anderson, Secretary at Ifield Edwards FC, for the above crest and information.
