AC Nakuru

AC Nakuru Crest & Badge AC Nakuru (previously Oserian Fastac FC - Kenyan League Champions in 2001 and 2002) was born in the summer of 2002 after the original club was taken over by a new Swedish management team.

Now based at the Nakuru Stadium in Nakuru, the club moved from its original home from Naivasha.

A new club crest was also introduced at this time of great change for the club. It was designed by Vladi Holst in close co-operation with the club.

The star represents the Swedish owners and the town of Norrköping while the waves represent Lake Nakuru and the town of Nakuru itself.

The crest is complemented with the new club name and year of reformation.

The new club owners were keen for the crest to show that AC Nakuru isn't just a Kenyan club or just a Swedish club - it is something in-between. By working across borders, combining African flair with Swedish management, it is believed the club has a very rosy future.

Thanks to Jörgen Löwenfeldt, Public Relations Officer at AC Nakuru, for the above crest and information.
